Coconut Drink - Coquito
An Easy Punch for the Holidays Seasons 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk 3 cans (12 ounces) evaporated milk 1 can (15 ounces) cream of coconut 2 cups Rum or Brandy or Liquor 43 Ground cinnamon, optional
In a large bowl add the first four ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Add liquor and mix again. Save in the refrigerator. When it is ready to serve sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
